Once this warmer weather settles in, we can't wait to get the grill cleaned up and ready to go for the season. I love grilling because it's so easy, but I often exhaust my same four or five grilling side dishes in a few weeks, and then I start repeating. Which isn't always bad, but something new is always appreciated.
Well, I now have a sixth side dish to add to my repertoire.
Last time we were together, my sister was raving about a bean salad recipe she'd had at my grandma's house. She wanted to make it as soon as possible, and because we cook when we're together, we had a batch whipped up in no time. Let me tell you, it was amazing! I've only have a bean salad a few times in my life, but never remember loving them. This one, I do! It's amazingly fresh, and I find myself craving it!
It's a simple recipe. You just need to make it the night before serving so it can marinate.
