Scatter Sunshine {Printable}

I've begun several posts this way, but for the last time this summer my boys and I are headed to Idaho to visit grandpa and grandma.  Life gets really busy once school hits, so we take advantage of frequent visits to our favorite place away from home during the summer.

Today's printable comes from a song we sang at church Sunday.  I had another printable in mind for today, but as we sang the chorus to this song I kept thinking over and over, "I want this somewhere in my home where my family and I can see it daily."
Now, I do have a house full of boys, and scattering sunshine is probably something that's a tad bit on the silly side to them, but I want them to know that life is much more enjoyable when you're happy- happier for you and everyone around you.

Here's the complete text of the song.  I love the title because it's short and sweet and makes an easy printable, but there are so many other good lines in this song!

Scatter Sunshine
Text: Lanta Wilson Smith
Music: Edwin O. Excell

1. In a world where sorrow
Ever will be known,
Where are found the needy
And the sad and lone,
How much joy and comfort
You can all bestow,
If you scatter sunshine
Ev’rywhere you go.

[Chorus]
Scatter sunshine all along your way.
Cheer and bless and brighten
Ev’ry passing day.
Scatter sunshine all along your way.
Cheer and bless and brighten
Ev’ry passing day.

2. Slightest actions often
Meet the sorest needs,
For the world wants daily
Little kindly deeds.
Oh, what care and sorrow
You may help remove,
With your songs and courage,
Sympathy and love.

3. When the days are gloomy,
Sing some happy song;
Meet the world’s repining
With a courage strong.
Go with faith undaunted
Thru the ills of life;
Scatter smiles and sunshine
O’er its toil and strife.
